does the Idiot Proof Plan really work? dieting…?

i've been searching around for a type of diet or eating plan, for weight loss.i've come upon one type - the Idiot Proof Plan which (as it describes), alternates your eating patterns and this makes your metabolism works faster.something like that anyway. has anyone tried it? if so, is it really effective and how much did you lose and in what span of time? also, is it effective in long term? or do you have to keep eating the same foods etc for, like, forever? which diets did you find effective in the long run?

Not sure if it works yet, but I am trying it. I started today. I bought a 14 day plan and menu on ebay for cheap. It looks fairly easy to stick to compared to other diets I've tried. send me an email

    I did a few years ago something similar.
    I ate low fat for two weeks and then switched to low carb. I worked out religiously and lost a lot of weight and toned myself up. I looked good. Lots of water, limit or cut sugar,starches,carbs. AND COOKIES AND DONUTS FAST FOOD!
    ITs hard and I did this in 2-4 months. But you have to make it a way of life.
    Switch your meals up and cheat everynow and then. Dont let your body get accustomed to the regular food. It will burn out and hit a platuea much like excersing you do the same excersises all the time your body doesnt use the other muscles it has and gets used to those excersies.

    I lost 30-35 lbs
