Sometimes when I look at overweight people I feel kind of bad. For years I have been making fun o them, and I am just now realizing that I was being really mean. And that if the industry didn’t keep advertising all of those fattening foods, people wouldn’t be gaining all of that weight!! Sorry to all of the fat people I EVER made fun of, especially my sister, I feel horrible. =)

Think twice when you force your kids to finish their plate. McDonalds…it almost killed me, then I wised up. People do not understand how addicting that crap is until they detox from it. I lost the weight…but it wasn’t easy.
