who knows about the idiot proof diet? can i order it online..i come from the philippines. how is the shipment?

vandalhartz is right. In Europe at the moment getting slim while sleeping is trendy and it should work. And you do not have to invest in something apart from a book. They say mainly you should it in the morning a lot of carbohydrates, that one with starch equal if it is flour or potato starch. No protein ! Then don't eat for 5 hours. Then you can eat as much as you want and without any outtakes. Then again don't eat for 5 hours. For dinner only protein ( eggs, meat, fish etc ) but no bread or rice. Soft drinks are allowed during b'fast and lunch. Not at dinner. Drink a lot of water. Do sports and it works…

Dude! Listen, listen listen, umm errr okay read read read! You don't need this idiot proof diet coz the only thing that you need is common sense and discipline. C'mon! It's not that hard to try.

There is NO such thing as an idiot proof diet.
If there was , and it was known in these questions and answers , all the obese uneducated foreigners would be on it, now slim, and Filipinas would only have hot western hubbies.
As in all the q&a's there are only obese foreigners, at least a large number, this diet must be just another scam???
