Any success these diets have will be about taking off maybe a pound of fat while at the same time dropping the amount of water you have (your weight fluctuates + - 5 lbs a day due to food, urine, feces, water retention etc. If there is success it’s because you had lost some of your bodily fluids and secretions not because you actually lost fat.

any more then 2 lbs a week is to much and you are asking for rebound gain
