Idiot Proof Diet (cooking)?

Author: admin Category: Idiot Proof Dieting

Hey everyone! Could someone tell me how to cook the vegetables on veggie day and for other veggies as well? Can we fry it with oil? Please help! I’m already starting on it but I don’t know how to prepare the vegetables. Thanks so much!
I know that its healthier to steam veggies and stuff, but does the diet allow veggies fried? for the idiot proof diet i mean. and are there, if not, easy ways to cook veggies if they're not fried?

If you dnt wnt 2 steam, try blanching, grilling with a small amount of oil and herbs, or roast or even stir fry! The taste is is the oil used - try flavoured GOOD oil in small amounts or add spice or herbs.

Steam them. Frying, though good taste wise, sorta defeats the purpose of dieting. Check the website below

look up Indian recipes if you want them yummy. I heat a little oil, about a tbsp. . add cumin seeds and a pinch aesphotidia (optional) . then I add the veggies.add salt and mix. i put cumin powder, chilli powder and a little turmeric powder (very good for health). and cover it. the gas is on very low. a little later i check to see if the veggies are done. if not, cover and add some water to the lid, to increase condensation. google for palak paneer for yum spinach.

or have soupy meals. keep stock handy. put chicken and veg pieces in stock. let it come to a boil. 0 fat and power-packed.

you can also juice them. have 900 gms everyday for optimum benefits. potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category.
