		<description>well i work for a weight loss company and 9lbs in 11 days is a very unhealthy speed, losing 1-3 pounds per week is healthy so i would avoid it, there is no quick fix, it takes work and motivation&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
