Does the Idiot Proof Diet work?

What is it? I mean seriously, I don’t want to pay to download this.

Does it work? How well? I need true answers from honest people who are not in “inside sales” with fatloss4idiots.com.

Once I know what it is, I can probably determine for myself if it is for real or not.

I'm fairly sure this is the diet someone at work tried. I don't know how she did, but the menus she showed me looked healthy enough.

Bottom line: ANY diet works - IF you work it. The bigger issue is to find a diet that can be a true lifestyle change, something you can stick to for life so the weight won't come back again.
