DOES THE IDIOT PROOF DIET REALLY WORK?

I was browsing thru the internet and came across this diet just wondering if any body has heard of it and does it really work? Its called….IDIOT PROOF DIET

I heard of it because it's very popular on the net but I haven't personaly tried it. Sorry.

    Yea i know about that diet. It's peoples way to make money. Offcourse that wont and never work. No exterm diet will ever work. Yea you will loss weight then i bet you gona gain more weight next. IDIOT PROOF DIET didn't work for me. I just wasted money.
    I stoped dieting and now i am lossing weight.

    Never heard of this and Ive tried them all. The best diet that works is weight watches my Doctor agrees with me. I might add because of illness Im unable to excerise and Im still losing weight under weight watches programs.

    The best diet in the world, is common sense.

    Eat slightly less than what you currently eat now, and do more exercise. Its as simple as that. I mean walking the dog for 20-30 each day will help to burn fat and reduce body weight.

    Just make sure that your eating healthy so things like 8 pints of liquid a day, 3 servings of dairy, 5 fruit and veg. with a some protein. Also try and eat 5 meals a day, so breakfast, morning snack, lunch, dinner, evening snack. This way you'll eat the same amount as a normal 3 meal day but you'll feel less hungry and you'll also burn more fat.
