Do you know the idiot proof diet?

It’s called the idiot proof diet, fat loss 4 idiots, weight loss 4 idiots. It is called that because it is so easy to follow. They do have a vegetarian option, but some vegetarians claim that there is not enough food options for them.
What you do is choose a regular menu or vegetarian menu. Then, you choose up to 30 of your favorite foods from a list of about 46 foods. Then, the “diet generator” creates an 11 day menu for you. It is specifically created based on calorie shifting. You will be rotating the types of foods you eat all the time to maximize your metabolism. After the 11 days, you then get 3 cheat days to eat whatever you want.
Anyway, like I said, it does have a vegetarian option, but you could get a little bored with the foods. You would just have to make sure to choose as many of the 30 foods that you get to choose, so that you do have a better variety.
There are lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and beans to choose from. And, of course, for non-vegetarians, there is also fish, chicken, low fat dairy, etc.

I haven’t seen it online. I never look at other diets online unless I know that they are balanced and nutritional. Being a vegan, you’ve probably tried getting protein from beans. Nutritional values are on the box/bag and you should be aware of the carbs being higher than the protein, for that reason, you should not eat beans as a protein.
