I've lost 15 lbs in a week and 3 inches of my waist line without workout. The weight management plan for is to substitute 2 of your regular meals with healthy and completely nutritious shake. I never feel hungry nor craving for food till my next meal or shake.
I like the herbal tea also, as soon as I drink it, I am perspiring. It is true to it's label that one serving is equivalent to 20 minutes aerobic exercise.
